The Adventure...
So in case you're wondering where this stuff comes from, I can honestly say that I don't really know. But that's the fun part. I started crafting more "seriously" (although it's hardly serious...) in the summer of 2006 just after I moving to the east coast. I didn't have a television (still don't) and I suddenly got this urge to just make stuff. Basically I sat at my table, listened to NPR, and crafted away. Random stuff, characters, whatever. My first medium was felt... then I moved on to polymer clay which has become my main medium. I also have fun working with fabric, buttons, and epoxy resin. Unfortunately the epoxy is such a huge mess and it smells bad. But I like what it can do. More recently I started needle-felting and now I am making more flower barrettes (which I have been wearing for years, as some of you know...).
